Our 90-day guarantee

We want you to feel confident trying Tinnitrol. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a refund of the product purchase price within 90 days of your original order date.

How to request a refund

1. Email our support team at [email protected] with your order number and the email used at checkout.
2. Our team will reply with a return address and simple instructions.
3. Return any remaining product (including empty bottles) to the address provided.
4. Once received, your refund of the product price will be processed.

What is and isn't covered

• The refund covers the product purchase price.
• Original and return shipping/handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (for example, a damaged or incorrect item).
• Refund requests made after the 90-day window cannot be honoured.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Processing times

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days of us receiving your returned product. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to show the credit on your statement.
